My name is Donny McGinnis I have been at Rock Canyon CrossFit for 5 years. I love to help others reach their potential and goals with fitness and health. I also love the competitive atmosphere and have competed in many local competitions.

 I aspire as a coach in every class I teach to show correct form and technique. I also make it a high priority to make each class fun and motivating.
