Hey guys! My name is Taylor King! I’ve been coaching crossfit for 5 years and have loved fitness for just about my whole life. I have a degree in Exercise and Wellness from BYU and also have a long history of personal training and nutrition coaching.
I love helping people get better and seeing them progress in their health journey’s. When I’m not doing CrossFit, I love hanging out with my family and doing just about anything outdoors.
