This class is specifically for those who are new to CrossFit, a bit older, or feel uncomfortable coming to the other scheduled Crossfit class. These classes are led by professional trainers to help keep you safe and help you find your fitness at any level. Don't be shy or nervous, we're fun, welcoming and the workouts are catered for you no matter where your current fitness level is.
